I'm guessing you've not read anything that's been posted in the last month or so.
They are doing a "Chapter 1" ""refresh"", it is going to be a VERY VERY long time before that comes if ever at all, same goes for the Chapter refresh.

hard to say but there is quite a much content but since game involves timetravels story was not that clear.
